Effective date: 13 June 2026. This policy explains how ZES Consulting ("we", "us"), a Singapore business (Registration No. 53395413D), collects, uses and protects your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Details you submit through our enquiry forms: your name, company, phone number, email address and your message.
- Information you share when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Business information needed to deliver consultancy services once you engage us.
- Standard website analytics and advertising data collected through cookies (see below).
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotations.
- To deliver consultancy, audit and training services you engage us for.
- To keep records required for our professional and legal obligations.
- To measure which of our pages and advertisements lead to genuine enquiries, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing blasts to enquiry contacts.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics (visitor statistics), Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel (to measure whether our advertising works). These tools set cookies and may process your IP address. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser, using Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, or Meta's ad preferences.
Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form processing service, which transmits your submission to our email and does not use your data for other purposes.
Disclosure
We only share personal data with service providers that help us operate (such as email and form processing), with certification bodies or auditors where you have engaged us to coordinate an audit on your behalf, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and project records for as long as professional and legal obligations require. Data no longer needed is deleted.
Your rights

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be at this page, with the effective date shown above.
