We change the theme instead, and build it into the customiser so your team can still edit it without calling a developer every time.

Straight answer first: if an app already does the job well, we will tell you to use the app. Custom code you have to maintain is only worth it when it earns its keep.

  • Product copywriting. We work with your listings as they are.
  • Photography. We use the images you have. New shoots are a separate job.
  • Paid apps and your Shopify plan. Billed by Shopify to you, so you keep the account.
  • Unlimited revisions. Two rounds included, then charged by the day.

Questions we get asked

How much does Shopify development cost in Singapore?+
It depends on the job, so we quote each piece of work up front after seeing the store. A single custom section is a small job. A theme built from scratch is not. Your Shopify plan and any paid apps are billed by Shopify directly to you.
Will my store go down while you work on it?+
No. Development happens on an unpublished copy of the theme, so your live store keeps selling. We publish only after you have reviewed it, and we check the live store straight after.
Can you work with the theme I already bought?+
Usually yes. We customise premium and free themes, and keep changes in places that survive theme updates where possible. If a theme is genuinely fighting you, we will say so rather than bill hours against it.
Do I need a monthly retainer?+
No. Most work is quoted as a fixed job. If you would rather have someone on call for small changes each month, we can arrange that, but it is not a condition of working together.
Should I use an app instead?+
Often, yes, and we will tell you when that is the cheaper answer. Apps cost monthly and can slow the store, so the honest rule is: use an app for common needs, build custom when the app does not fit or you are stacking three apps to fake one feature.
Can you connect Shopify to my other systems?+
Yes. We have connected stores to marketplaces, accounting systems, inventory sheets and internal tools using the Shopify Admin API, so stock and orders stop being re-typed by hand.
