What is the EDGE grant?

EDGE is a new single grant announced by Enterprise Singapore under the 2026 Business Refresh Package. It streamlines three existing schemes, the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) and Market Readiness Assistance (MRA), into one.

The big change: you no longer work out which grant your project belongs to. You apply based on your intended activity, such as digitalising, expanding into new markets, or improving efficiency, and EnterpriseSG assesses it under EDGE.

The existing EDG, PSG and MRA stay open until EDGE launches in 2H 2026. If you have a project ready today, you do not have to wait, you can apply under the current schemes now.

What is the EDGE grant?+
EDGE is a new single grant from Enterprise Singapore, announced under the 2026 Business Refresh Package. It streamlines the EDG, PSG and MRA into one scheme so businesses apply based on their intended activity rather than choosing a specific grant.
When does EDGE launch?+
In the second half of 2026. The existing EDG, PSG and MRA remain open until EDGE is implemented, so there is no gap in support.
Which grants does EDGE replace?+
Three: the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) and Market Readiness Assistance (MRA). They are merged into one EDGE application.
How much support does EDGE give?+
Up to $100,000 per company per year for eligible activities. Businesses that need more can submit to EnterpriseSG for case-by-case assessment. Exact support rates will be confirmed at launch.
Who can apply for EDGE?+
Any business entity registered in Singapore, including non-SMEs. Further requirements may apply depending on the supported activity, and full details will be published when EDGE launches.
Should I wait for EDGE or apply for EDG now?+
If your project is ready now, apply under the current EDG, PSG or MRA rather than wait. If you are planning for later in 2026, we line it up for EDGE. We will advise which route is better for your timing.
