What business process automation is
A process is a series of steps that happen the same way each time. Enquiry comes in, someone reads it, types the details into a sheet, drafts a quote, sends it, follows up in three days. Automation takes the steps that need no judgement and runs them without a person. The steps that need judgement stay with your staff.
It is not a new system. It is a set of connections between the tools you have. WhatsApp to a sheet. A form to your CRM. A photo to a quote template. A bank statement to your accounting software.

Each workflow is quoted as one number after the mapping session, so you know the cost before the build. Software subscriptions are billed to you directly, in your name. Most first workflows run on under $100 a month of tools.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to change our software?
Usually not. The automation runs between the tools you have. We only add a tool when it pays for itself in the first year, and we say so before quoting.
How long does it take?
One workflow is usually live within two to three weeks including the two week run alongside your staff and the training.
What happens when it breaks?
Every automation is built to fail safely: if a step cannot complete, it stops and alerts the owner instead of sending something wrong. Two rounds of adjustments are included, then support is optional.
Who owns it?
You. Accounts, logic, documents and SOPs are in your name. You can stop working with us and keep everything.
Will staff lose their jobs?
In small teams the typing goes, not the person. Staff check, send and take on the work that was waiting.
Is our data safe?
Data stays in your accounts. Where AI is used we use business tiers where your data is not used for training, and we train staff on what must never go into a public tool.
Can you automate a process that involves paper?
Often. A photo of a delivery order, a receipt or a handwritten form can be read and entered. We test with your real documents before quoting.
