Anything repetitive that runs through digital tools: capturing and routing leads, follow-up messages, expense and bank bookkeeping, inventory and order sync, reporting, social posting and drafting routine replies. If it is repetitive and rules-based, it is a candidate.
Do I need technical staff to run it?+
